Privacy Policy
This page describes what information about you reaches us when you fill out the request form, why it is needed, where it is stored, and how to request its deletion. No generic wording: only what actually happens.
Home · Privacy Policy · Effective from 14.09.2026
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is the manufacturer — CN Shanxi Forging (山西中襄环锻有限公司), PRC, Shanxi Province, Xinzhou City, Dingxiang County. Unified Social Credit Code (USCC): 91140921MACL02Y69J. Processing is carried out at the location of the plant, that is, outside the Russian Federation. This is important to understand in advance — if it is essential for you that the data does not leave your jurisdiction, simply write to us about this before submitting the request.
2. What data we receive
Only what you enter yourself. The form on the website requests:
- organization name;
- contact person name;
- email address;
- country;
- the text of your request — and the drawing or specification attached to the email, if you add them.
We do not ask for passport data, bank card numbers or any other information beyond what is needed to calculate the price and prepare a quotation. If anything unnecessary appears in the correspondence — for example, third-party data in a drawing — we will delete it at your request.
3. Why and on what basis
The basis is your consent. It is expressed by a specific action: you fill in the form and send the email. There are no pre-ticked boxes or "fine print" consents in the general terms on this site.
There is exactly one purpose: to respond to your request — to calculate the price, the lead time, select the technology and discuss the delivery terms. We do not use your contacts for mailings you did not ask for. Until you write to us first, we do not "warm you up" with emails.
4. How the data reaches us
The form on the site does not send data to a server. It opens the email client on your device and inserts the ready-made text of the email. The email is sent from your address via your email provider — like ordinary correspondence. Until you click "Send" in your email client, we have nothing.
5. What the site does not have
This is not a legal excuse, but a technical fact that can be verified in the source code of the page. We deliberately did not connect:
- web analytics services — neither Yandex.Metrica, nor Google Analytics, nor smaller counters;
- advertising pixels and trackers — including social media pixels;
- tracking cookies — the site does not set analytical or advertising cookies and does not write anything to the browser's local storage;
- external CDNs for fonts — the fonts are hosted on our own server, so when the page loads, your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other third-party domains.
Practical takeaway: simply viewing this site does not create any profile about you. Data appears only when you decide to write to us.
6. Who we share it with and where it is stored
We do not sell, rent out or transfer your data to third parties for marketing. Within the plant, access to correspondence is held by the sales manager and by the employees who prepare the quotation based on your drawing — to the extent needed to respond.
If fulfilling the order requires involving a third party — for example, a carrier or a laboratory for inspection — we will inform you and will transfer only the minimum information without which the work cannot be performed.
7. How long we keep it
Correspondence and technical documentation relating to an enquiry are kept for as long as we are negotiating with you or fulfilling an order, and for a further three years after the last contact — this is required by normal practice for handling claims and confirming quality for batches already shipped. After this period the data is deleted.
If you ask us to delete it earlier, we will delete it, even if the period has not yet expired. The only exception: documents that we are obliged to keep under Chinese law on accounting and customs records — but those concern the fact of the transaction, not the correspondence.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- find out what data of yours we hold and where we obtained it;
- correct inaccuracies;
- withdraw consent and demand deletion;
- receive a copy of the correspondence we conduct regarding your enquiry.
Write to the address in section 9 — we will reply within 30 days, usually sooner. No separate application, form or explanation of reasons is required: a short email saying "please delete my data" is enough. Withdrawal of consent does not affect orders already fulfilled and does not prevent us from keeping documents that we are obliged to keep by law.
9. How to contact us
For any questions about data processing, including deletion requests and withdrawal of consent, write to the data processing officer:
- E-mail: postmaster@zhongxianghuanduan.com
- Phone: +86 182 3515 1821
- Postal address: Cuijiazhuang Industrial Zone, Dingxiang County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, PRC
- Correspondence languages: Russian · English · 中文
10. Changes to the policy
If we change anything in this document, the date at the top of the page will change — we will not send separate notifications. Material changes that affect data already received will be duplicated by email to those with whom we correspond.
We honestly state that processing takes place in the PRC, not in Russia: the plant is here, and so is the correspondence. If you have internal rules that prohibit the transfer of contacts abroad, write to us directly from your work email, bypassing the form, and we will discuss how to correspond so that your requirements are met.
